If you are selected for residency with The Villa, you will also be contracted  simultaneously by Evergreen Elder Care Inc., as your co-landlord. The Villa is your residence for the purposes of room and board.

Residency is conditional based upon the results of the background check. Only residency-related convictions will be considered and will not automatically disqualify a candidate.
