As we pass the anniversary of the pandemic onset and poise for phase 1 reimplementation, we would like to extend our utmost gratitude to both our Villa families and all of our Healthcare Heroes. It is with your active participation in Villa Pandemic policy along with the tremendous and tireless effort made by our Villa team that the community has remained perfect in its defense of the Covid-19 Virus.

While we continue to provide superior service to our Villa residents, preservation of their health and wellness remains paramount. We would like to announce our phase 1: reopening to our close Villa families and friends for visitation by appointment only beginning April 15th 2021.

Visitors must wear a mask and undergo Villa screening upon entering the community. Please bring any associated documentation. (vaccination card, recent negative test results, etc.) Visitors will be escorted to our main patio areas or sunroom meeting place if inclement weather.

Each reservation will be evaluated on a case by case basis. As a private community, The Villa reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor if screening cannot be successfully validated or documentation is not adequate.
